Employability & Education Innovation WGs Joint Workshop “Employability in the Curriculum”

Durham University is hosting the Spring 2020 meetings of the Coimbra Group Employability and Education Innovation Working Groups.
Following discussions between both groups, a joint workshop will take place on Monday 30 March on the theme of ‘Employability in the Curriculum’. The workshop is also open to interested/relevant colleagues who are not members of the CG working groups.
The draft programme includes topics such as “What is employability and where should it be delivered?”, “Surfacing employability from within existing L&T activity: Teaching, Learning and Assessment for Employability”, a World Café on “Barriers to uptake and progress” and a last session on “Strategies for embedding employability in the curriculum and/or in co-curricular activities”.
Individual Working Group meetings will take place on Tuesday 31 March. Both days will take place in Durham’s Teaching and Learning Centre.
